I had a job booked in since middle end of June for the 15th of august APPARENTLY one of your prime workers had knocked on the door (IF they did they must of tapped) card was left and didn't hear that posted either so must of pushed it through so gently within 10 minutes of the card being put through apparently he was too busy to come back and do the job so another appointment been booked for tomorrow, put a complaint in told we would hear back with in 48hours 3 weeks later still nothing 3 phone calls to acis to pass a message on because management was in a "meeting" each time we called them yesterday was meant to have a callback still nothing at 2pm so rang back told he would of gone straight on his dinner break, so I'm still waiting for a phone call my rent is usually paid today but I will be withholding it and see how quick I am to get a phone call then as for their work nothing more than cowboy builders I can do the work better myself but as it's not my property to maintain a will leave it to them to sort! (Referring to work done to drain pipe on outsideto get rid of water from bath and sink we had put a brick under to hold pipework together until acis came out we removed the brick before they came to find when they had "done" the work and gone the brick was back under there holding it up because they had put a tiny screw through the pipe to try and it it back together which didn't work!) had a 2nd job booked in and what a surprise no show today been given a time slot for 8:30-10:30 got to dinnertime still nothing so rang up they left a message for him to give us a call before he came as I'm at work and my partner needed to take the little one to nursery 3pm still no show just rang to be told he had been put on an all day job nice to be told last minute!
